HelpDesk - instructions for sending requests for IT support:
We kindly ask our customers to send all requests for IT support via email firstname.lastname@example.org or via portal http://aps.lukarijeka.hr:8011/portal. Anyone can send a request via specified e-mail, while if you wish to use our portal, you need to apply for it to Luka Rijeka IT department. Within your request for portal access, you need to specify your name and surname, your email address, and your CombisPCM user id if you wish to use the same user for accessing our Help Desk portal. Our IT department is going to create you the user id for the portal application and notify you about your new unique password.
