The majority shareholder of Luka Rijeka d.d is the Croatian Government through theCentral StateOffice forState Property Management. According to the decision at the Company's General Meeting held on 28 July 2008 the basic capital of the Company was increased by contributions in kind. At the beginning of the financial year 2008, the Company's share capital amounted to HRK 301,183,000.00. According to the decision made at the Company's General Meeting held on 28 July2008, the capital of Luka Rijeka d.d. was increased by the value of immovable property located in Škrljevo and amounting to HRK 296,864,000.00.
The share capital of the Company after the increase of capital amounts to HRK 598,047,500.00.
